中华万年历

中国共产党建党日，又称党的生日，定于每年7月1日。1921年7月23日，中国共产党第一次全国代表大会在上海召开，宣告中国共产党正式成立。1941年，中共中央决定将7月1日作为党的诞生纪念日。建党节是中国共产党和全国人民的重大节日，是回顾党的光辉历程、传承红色基因、坚定理想信念的重要时刻。每年建党节，全国各地都会举行隆重的纪念活动，重温党的历史，表彰优秀党员，激励全党不忘初心、牢记使命，为实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦而不懈奋斗。建党节体现了中国人民对中国共产党的深厚感情和坚定信仰，是凝聚党心民心、汇聚磅礴力量的重要载体。

中国共产党建党日的设立源于党的诞生历史。1921年7月23日，中国共产党第一次全国代表大会在上海法租界望志路106号（今兴业路76号）秘密召开，后因法租界巡捕房密探注意，转移到浙江嘉兴南湖的一条游船上继续进行。大会通过了党的纲领，选举了中央领导机构，宣告中国共产党正式成立。出席一大的代表共13人，代表全国50多名党员。中国共产党的诞生是中国历史上开天辟地的大事变，深刻改变了近代以后中华民族发展的方向和进程，深刻改变了中国人民和中华民族的前途和命运，深刻改变了世界发展的趋势和格局。由于当时条件艰苦，档案资料不全，一大召开的确切日期长期无法确定。1938年，毛泽东在《论持久战》中提出"今年七月一日，是中国共产党建立十七周年纪念日"。1941年6月，中共中央发出《关于中国共产党诞生二十周年抗战四周年纪念指示》，正式确定7月1日为党的诞生纪念日。虽然后来考证确定一大召开日期是7月23日，但七一作为建党纪念日已经深入人心，一直沿用至今。

The Founding Day of the Communist Party of China, also known as the Party's Birthday, is observed on July 1st every year. On July 23, 1921, the First National Congress of the Communist Party of China was held in Shanghai, announcing the official establishment of the CPC. In 1941, the CPC Central Committee decided to designate July 1st as the Party's founding anniversary. The Party Founding Day is a major festival for the Communist Party of China and the people of the whole country. It is an important moment to review the Party's glorious history, inherit red genes, and firm up ideals and beliefs. Every Party Founding Day, grand commemorative activities are held across the country to review the Party's history, honor outstanding Party members, and inspire the whole Party to stay true to its original aspiration, keep its mission firmly in mind, and strive unremittingly to realize the Chinese Dream of national rejuvenation. Party Founding Day embodies the deep feelings and firm beliefs of the Chinese people in the Communist Party of China, and is an important carrier for cohes Party and people's hearts and gathering tremendous strength.

The establishment of the Party Founding Day originated from the Party's birth history. On July 23, 1921, the First National Congress of the Communist Party of China was secretly held at No. 106 Wangzhi Road (now No. 76 Xingye Road), French Concession, Shanghai. Due to the attention of detectives from the French Concession police station, it was moved to a cruise ship on South Lake in Jiaxing, Zhejiang to continue. The congress adopted the Party's program, elected central leadership, and announced the official establishment of the Communist Party of China. There were 13 delegates attending the First Congress, representing more than 50 Party members nationwide. The birth of the Communist Party of China was a groundbreaking event in Chinese history, profoundly changing the direction and process of the development of the Chinese nation in modern times, profoundly changing the future and destiny of the Chinese people and the Chinese nation, and profoundly changing the trends and patterns of world development. Due to difficult conditions and incomplete archival materials at the time, the exact date of the First Congress could not be determined for a long time. In 1938, Mao Zedong mentioned in "On Protracted War" that "July 1 this year is the 17th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China." In June 1941, the CPC Central Committee issued "Instructions on the 20th Anniversary of the Birth of the Communist Party of China and the Fourth Anniversary of the War of Resistance," officially designating July 1st as the Party's founding anniversary. Although it was later verified that the date of the First Congress was July 23rd, July 1st as the Party Founding Day has been deeply rooted in people's hearts and has been used ever since.
